Role Overview
This team is seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing sales and lead generation organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule high-quality meetings and appointments for Account Executives and client stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions within CRM systems.
- Conduct independent research to identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a high-intensity customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to speak to UK-based prospects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain high motivation levels throughout the day.
- Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day in a professional capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail regarding data entry.
