Job Description

Role Overview

This is a senior, high-impact role within a US-focused business development team.

The company is a leader in mobile out-of-home (OOH) advertising, transforming wrapped rideshare vehicles into high-visibility moving billboards for global brands like Netflix, Shopify, and Sephora. We are a fast-growing, New York-based startup currently scaling at 100% year-over-year, and we are looking for a remote outbound expert to own the top-of-funnel pipeline.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned professional who views outbound sales as a craft.

You will have full autonomy to build, test, and optimize an email engine that turns cold inboxes into high-value meetings. If you run your territory like your own business and thrive in a high-accountability, remote environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the cold email engine end-to-end, from list building and segmentation to copywriting and deliverability management.
  • Leverage AI tools, specifically Claude, daily to research accounts and sharpen personalized outreach at scale.
  • Draft concise, persuasive copy that resonates with brand marketers and media agency decision-makers.
  • Execute a rigorous A/B testing framework for subject lines, messaging, and cadences to maximize reply and booking rates.
  • Supplement email sequences with targeted cold calls to navigate objections and secure discovery meetings.
  • Maintain a clean CRM and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align outbound efforts with upcoming product launches and regional events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, specifically focused on B2B services or media.
  • Mastery of cold outbound technicals, including domain warm-up, sequencing, and deliverability optimization.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI into a sales workflow for account research and copy refinement.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on brevity and conversion.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a remote setting without needing daily activity management.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry.
  • Existing relationships with media agencies or brand-side marketing executives.
  • Advanced proficiency with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Outreach.

What You'll Get

  • The opportunity to join a category-defining company during a period of 100% year-over-year growth.
  • A clear career progression path into Account Executive roles and beyond as the sales organization scales.
  • The chance to sell a tangible, high-impact product that is visible on the streets of major global cities.
  • A high-autonomy culture where your results directly drive the company’s trajectory.
