Sr Analyst Automation is responsible for providing assistance to teams for multiple concurrent and also utilizes development experience automating and refactoring complex application stacks within a heterogeneous computing environment. Also utilizes an understanding of multi-layered technological delivery solutions.
Job Description
Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The role leverages expertise in cloud-based AI services, large language models (LLMs), and software development to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions within a heterogeneous technology environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML applications using AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and other cloud-native components.
- Build, integrate, and optimize Generative AI solutions utilizing foundation models available through Amazon Bedrock for conversational AI, content generation, document processing, and intelligent automation.
- Develop robust backend services and AI workflows using Python and SQL for data processing, model integration, and business logic implementation.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector-based knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and business processes.
- Optimize AI application performance by improving inference efficiency, prompt design, data pipelines, and cloud resource utilization.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, validation, and storage processes to ensure high-quality data for AI applications.
- Monitor AI solutions for performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Document AI architectures, workflows, APIs, prompt libraries, and deployment processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve AI applications through iterative enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Overall, 5+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or cloud-based application development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including Amazon Bedrock and related AI/ML services.
- Experience developing AI applications using Python and working with SQL databases.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, serverless computing, and scalable application design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, testing, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Experience working with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing, data integration, and analytics is an added advantage.
