Personalmanagement und organisatorische Abläufe bei Stay. Nutze die

Aufgaben
So bringst du dich ein und bewegst mit uns etwas:
- Du übernimmst das Recruiting und die Personalauswahl – von der
- Sichtung eingehender Bewerbungen über die Organisation bis hin zur
- Durchführung von Vorstellungs und Feedbackgesprächen.
- Du gestaltest unser Personalmarketing aktiv mit, indem du
- Stellenanzeigen erstellst, veröffentlichst und kontinuierlich
- optimierst.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle von Praktikant:innen und Ehrenamtlichen – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.
- Du fungierst als interne Kommunikationsschnittstelle und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für alle HRrelevanten Themen.
- Zudem hältst du unsere Kontakt- und Personaldaten stets aktuell und übersichtlich.
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Du interessierst dich für den HR-Bereich oder studierst idealerweise in diesem Bereich
- Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationsstärke, Diskretion, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
- Deine offene und kommunikative Art trägt zu einem wertschätzenden Austausch bei.
- Du überzeugst mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS Office und sicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
- Du bringst Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist mit und hast Freude daran, dich für die Arbeit einer Stiftung einzusetzen.
