Aufgaben
- Du erstellst und betreust unseren Newsletter New Work Weekly. Hierzu recherchierst du die Themen und schreibst die Ausgaben. Du bist außerdem mitverantwortlich für dessen inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Du erstellst Social-Media-Content für Instagram und LinkedIn und findest dabei den richtigen Ton für unsere Kanäle. Du entwickelst außerdem eigene Formate.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für den Schnitt und die Veröffentlichung unserer Podcasts Unboxing New Work und Kill Meetings.
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Content- oder Social-Media-Bereich, z. B. aus Praktikum, Werkstudentenjob oder eigenen Projekten
- Du weißt, wie Kampagnen und Content auf Social Media wirken, und Reichweite, Hooks, Formate sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
- Du hast in der Vergangenheit schon eigenen Content geplant, produziert und veröffentlicht – auch Newsletter-Texte, die tatsächlich geöffnet werden
- Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Themen selbständig in verständlichen Content zu übersetzen, ob als Post oder als Mailing
- Du schreibst so gut, dass sich Menschen auch bei trockenen Themen durch deinen Text klicken wollen – in der Caption genauso wie in der Betreffzeile
- Du kennst die Eigenheiten eines kleinen, schnell wachsenden Teams und kannst auch mit wenig Vorgabe eigenständig loslegen
- Du arbeitest selbständig und holst dir alle Infos, die du brauchst, aktiv im Team
- Dass du dich mit Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. auskennst, ist selbstverständlich. Erfahrung mit Mailchimp oder Klaviyo wäre ein dickes Plus. Du kannst sogar schneiden und vertonst Reels selbst? Das gibt ein extra dickes Plus.
