About the Role

We are looking for experienced Contract Attorneys with strong technology transactions experience to evaluate and contribute to contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows.

You’ll apply practical legal judgment to simulated contract scenarios, assess AI-generated responses, and provide structured feedback on contract interpretation, risk identification, and negotiation quality. No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline technology-related agreements.

• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios for legal accuracy, risk identification, and practical judgment.

• Provide detailed feedback to improve the quality and precision of contract analysis.

• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.

• Collaborate with research and product teams to refine evaluation guidelines, data, and best practices.

• Apply consistent legal reasoning across a range of contract scenarios.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.

• Significant experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

• Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong analytical ability and capacity to translate legal judgment into clear, actionable feedback.

• Experience working effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

• Demonstrated interest in the intersection of law and technology.

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, legal training, or model evaluation.

• Experience at a corporate law firm in M&A or private equity fund formation.

• Experience developing legal review frameworks, training materials, or structured evaluation criteria.
