Minimum profile

Mandatory education: Secondary education

Minimum IT experience: Master's: 15 years | Bachelor's: 17 years | Secondary education: 22 years

Mandatory technical experience

·       10 years each: analysis/manipulation of structured and unstructured data using SQL/Python/R; visualisation/reporting tools such as Power BI/Qlik/SAP BI/Fabric; data warehousing concepts/platforms including star/snowflake schemas and Fabric/Snowflake/BigQuery; ETL processes/orchestration such as SSIS/Informatica/Talend/Azure Data Factory/SAP DS/BODI/BODS; preparation/transformation tools such as Alteryx/Power Query/dbt/SAP DS. 5 years each: interactive dashboard/report development; data preparation/ETL to extract, transform, clean and integrate multiple sources.

Mandatory skills and delivery experience

·       10 years each: analysing datasets, detecting trends and delivering evidence-based insights; presenting findings through decision-supporting visuals and storytelling.

Additional / advantageous criteria

Optional education: Bachelor's EQF 6 or Master's EQF 7 in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Relevant sector experience: 5 years each: international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations; pharma, health or agrifood.

Additional technical experience: 3 years each: basic ML algorithms including regression/clustering/classification; cloud data services such as Fabric/Azure Synapse.

Additional skills / experience: 3 years producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.
