Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition (Core)
- Execute and optimize campaigns on Google Search as the primary channel.
- Build and run campaigns for high-intent B2B demand generation.
- Support performance across the funnel from click to qualified lead.
Execution & Optimisation
- Run hands-on campaign execution across bidding, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Track and improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality on a weekly basis.
- Identify high-performing keywords/segments, cut inefficiencies, and set a clear testing cadence.
Reporting & Analysis
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-
MATCH, and formulas for CPL, CAC, and budget pacing.
- Build and maintain trackers that surface what's working, what needs attention, and where budget should shift.
- Put together clean, accurate reporting that the team can act on quickly.
Funnel & Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and landing page teams to improve conversion.
- Help ensure paid efforts translate into pipeline, not just leads.
Who you are (Must-Have Skills)
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, primarily on Google Search Ads.
- Hands-on experience running Search campaigns — keywords, bidding, ad copy, Quality Score.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup for reporting.
- Exposure to B2B or high-consideration products is a plus.
- Comfortable with full-funnel thinking (not just top-of-funnel CPL).
- High ownership mindset with strong execution ability and a sharp eye for reporting and numbers.
