Role Overview

The Business Development Executive – Supply & Inventory is responsible for building and maintaining the supply-side data foundation of the city. This role focuses on identifying new commercial buildings and, collecting accurate inventory information, and ensuring all existing records remain current and complete.

The role is critical to enabling the consulting and sales teams to provide accurate office options to clients and maximize transaction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Building & Centre Onboarding

• Identify new commercial office buildings assigned micromarkets.
• Collect comprehensive building information, including:
• Landlord or operator details
• Total inventory and stock availability
• Floor-wise availability
• Seat count and area details
• Pricing and commercial terms
• Amenities and facilities
• Micromarket classification
• Ensure all new inventory is accurately added to the myHQ platform and internal databases.

2. Existing Inventory Updates

• Conduct regular verification of listed buildings
• Update availability, occupancy status, pricing changes, newly released inventory, and operational updates.
• Maintain a high level of inventory freshness to support consulting and transaction teams.
• Proactively identify outdated records and ensure timely corrections.

3. Market Intelligence Collection

• Track new building launches, operator expansions, and market developments.
• Gather competitive market data, pricing benchmarks, and inventory trends.
• Share market insights with City Heads and internal stakeholders.

4. Data Quality & Accuracy

• Ensure inventory records are complete, accurate, and standardized.
• Validate information received from landlords, and brokers.
• Benchmark and cross-check inventory information to minimize errors.
• Maintain strong data hygiene and documentation standards.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with landlords, developers, brokers, and facility teams to gather and verify information.
• Build relationships with local market stakeholders to improve data access and responsiveness.
