We're looking for a designer who thinks before they design.

Someone who understands that every visual starts with an audience, not a color palette.

Whether it's a CXO reading a market report, a founder evaluating office space, or a freelancer discovering us on Instagram- you know how to adapt visual language to influence each audience.

You'll be responsible for shaping the visual identity of myHQ across research reports, brand campaigns, product marketing, social media, sales collateral, events and digital experiences. This isn't a production role. It's an opportunity to define how India's leading workplace marketplace looks and feels.

What You'll Own

• Design premium research reports, whitepapers and industry publications that feel comparable to leading consulting firms.
• Create modern social media creatives that are simple, memorable and built for engagement- not cluttered templates.
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable component libraries that maintain consistency across every touchpoint.
• Translate customer insights and ICP understanding into visuals that resonate with different audiences.
• Design marketing assets across digital campaigns, landing pages, emailers, presentations, events and sales collateral.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth and Research teams to turn complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Continuously evolve our design language by experimenting with layouts, typography, illustration styles, motion and emerging design trends.
• Maintain an exceptionally high quality bar across everything shipped.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic or visual design.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of layout systems, grids, hierarchy and information design.
• Ability to simplify complex information into beautiful, easy-to-understand visuals.
• Experience designing reports, presentations, infographics and editorial layouts.
• Strong social media design capabilities with a modern B2C aesthetic.
• Comfortable building reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly and work across multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for SaaS, marketplaces or consumer internet brands.
• Experience working with research reports or editorial publications.
• Motion design experience using After Effects, Rive or similar tools.
• Illustration or iconography skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or interaction design.

• Established a distinctive visual identity for myHQ across B2B and B2C.
• Built reusable component libraries that improve design consistency and speed.
• Produced industry reports that become benchmarks within commercial real estate.
• Elevated our social media presence with fresh, engaging creative systems.
• Raised the overall quality bar across every customer-facing touchpoint.
