myHQ is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prioritisation to shipping and measuring outcomes. We're looking for someone who is AI-native, takes high ownership, and can move fast without losing sight of the user. Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for assigned areas, driving prioritisation based on user needs, business goals, and data.
- Write detailed PRDs and create functional prototypes to clearly communicate product intent to engineering and design.
- Define clear problem statements and align engineering and design on what to build and why.
- Conduct user research, analyse behavioural data, and synthesise insights into actionable product decisions.
- Leverage AI tools natively to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, spec writing, and competitive research.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship features end-to-end.
- Monitor product health through dashboards, funnels, and KPIs; own outcomes, not just output.
- Identify and drive process improvements across product workflows.
- Proactively communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
