Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition (Core)
- Own and scale Google Search and/or Meta as primary channels
- Build and optimise campaigns backed by AI tools for high-intent B2B demand generation
- Drive performance across the funnel from click to qualified lead
Execution & Optimisation
- Run hands-on campaign execution across bidding, targeting, creatives and landing pages leveraging Claude, n8n, content generation AI tools
- Continuously improve CPEL, CAC, conversion rates and lead quality
- Identify and scale high-performing segments while cutting inefficiencies
AI-led Workflows
- Leverage AI tools for copy generation, experimentation, keyword expansion and optimisation workflowsBuild faster testing cycles using AI-driven insights and automation
Funnel & Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales and landing page teams to improve conversion
- Ensure paid efforts translate into pipeline and revenue, not just leads
Who you are (Must-Have Skills):
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Search and/or Meta at scale
- Experience in B2B or high-consideration products preferred
