About the Role
Join a fast-growing, AI-native B2B go-to-market agency based in Berlin that is redefining how tech companies scale in the DACH region. Since launching, the team has grown to 30+ people and works with a broad portfolio of B2B tech clients — helping them generate qualified pipeline and close revenue faster.
As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close. Lead inflow is fully handled by a dedicated Pre-Sales team, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: running high-quality conversations with senior stakeholders and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from first qualified conversation through to signed contract
- Lead sales discussions with B2B decision-makers at C-level and senior management
- Develop and present tailored proposals and manage contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records throughout the pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of consistently closing deals and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
- Ability to quickly grasp complex go-to-market challenges and translate them into a clear, actionable strategy
- Strong self-motivation and a genuine revenue orientation
- German at C2 level; strong English communication skills
- Based in Berlin or willing to work from the Berlin office (hybrid arrangement)
Nice to Have
- Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or GTM services
- Experience selling to or within B2B tech companies
