Critical Business Planning & Analysis role with numerous deliverables linked to expense management and reporting and related information like, productivity, investments, unit wise numbers etc. for TTS-Client Ops India
- Identifies areas of opportunities to enhance or streamline existing processes and explore new initiatives to save on cost/manage expense lines
- Liaises with regional team, and ensures timely submission of flash, variance reporting, head count trends etc.
- Posts financial entries like accruals, re-class etc. for TTS-Client Ops
- Analyzes compete expense dump, generates actionable insights, that resulting cost rationalization, and provides leads to units for various initiatives
- Raise Renault and Workday requests for moves and quit in the unit.
- Prepares and submits inputs for various local, regional, global reports and decks used in in-country and regional performance reviews
- Follows through on deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines
- Maintains good working relationship across units, functions and support teams to achieve desired output
- Independently designs and analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements
- Should be extremely proficient in Excel and Power-point, and should have a strong aptitude & number crunching skills
The role also involves handling clearing projects /regulatory requirements/ad-hoc deliverables including but not limited to the below
- Any clearing related analysis/synopsis.
- OCM, Map & Measure and MTP for clearing.
- Any clearing regulatory submissions.
- Any dashboard/deck for Senior Mgt. review.
- Volumes metrics/Reg asks/Project management etc. for clearing.
- Any clearing bulletin documentation/roll-out/control management.
- Adhoc periodic reviews eg. Frauds, Interest payout to customers, penalty to vendors etc.
- Any other task related to clearing and NACH
- Various reporting/MIS/dash-board tracking & updates
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a related role
- Business planning & analysis background/expense management experience preferre
- Ability to handle large data & crunch numbers and present the analysis through charts/dash-boards
- Ability to work under pressure with quick turn around timelines
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective analytic and presentation skills
- Work with senior stakeholders for numerous requirements in a time bound manner and should be able to prioritize
- Individual contributor role primarily but does involve working with many stakeholders in country & regional teams to close out the required deliverables
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- C.A /MBA(Finance) preferred
