About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Anaplan Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated Anaplan solutions for clients across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR.
You will work closely with clients throughout their transformation journeys, from defining and challenging existing business processes through to architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing solution governance.
As a senior member of the consulting team, you will translate complex business requirements into sustainable, scalable Anaplan models while guiding less experienced model builders and ensuring strong modeling and architecture practices throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
Client Transformation & Process Design
- Work with clients across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR on high-impact Anaplan implementations.
- Support clients throughout the transformation lifecycle, from initial project framing through deployment.
- Help clients define and document existing business processes before implementation.
- Challenge existing processes where appropriate and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Anaplan solutions.
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design Anaplan architectures that align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and consistent with established modeling and architecture best practices.
- Develop appropriate multidimensional models for complex planning requirements.
- Consider data integration requirements when designing overall solutions.
Development & Model Building
- Build Anaplan solutions as an experienced Model Builder or Solution Architect.
- Oversee and supervise less experienced model builders during development.
- Ensure models are structured for performance, scalability, maintainability, and long-term usability.
- Apply PLANUAL principles and established Anaplan modeling best practices throughout development.
Quality & Governance
- Act as a key authority on Anaplan modeling and architecture practices.
- Ensure appropriate modeling standards are consistently applied across projects.
- Review solution designs and development work to maintain quality and consistency.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both clients and project teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan.
- Strong knowledge of PLANUAL and Anaplan modeling best practices.
- Experience designing Anaplan architectures and scalable solutions.
- Experience with multidimensional modeling.
