Role Overview
This team is an ultra-premium health performance consultancy serving elite founders and UHNW individuals.
The model combines functional medicine, biohacking, and physiological optimization across three pillars: physiological optimization, physical performance, and psychological identity.
We are seeking a Health Performance Coach to serve as the operational backbone of client relationships.
This is a highly structured, data-driven role designed for a "technician" who thrives on precision and accountability. You will manage the execution of individualized protocols, ensuring that every diagnostic, supplement, and training target is met with 100% compliance.
You will report directly to the founder, offloading the accountability and diagnostics progression management that drives world-class results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured, data-focused weekly accountability calls with high-net-worth clients to ensure protocol adherence.
- Monitor all compliance tools, trackers, and check-in forms with obsessive attention to detail, flagging and escalating deviations immediately.
- Coordinate the internal delivery of all services, including nutrition plans, fitness programming, supplement logistics, and biohacking schedules.
- Manage the logistics of diagnostics, ensuring blood panels, genetic tests, and specialist appointments are completed and tracked according to the timeline.
- Maintain flawless client data records, bridging the gap between clinical recommendations and daily execution.
Requirements
- A deep, demonstrable background in health optimization and biohacking, including personal or professional experience with wearables and biomarkers.
