In your daily work as an International Performance Analyst, your main tasks will be:
- Ongoing communication and alignment in English with our overseas partners;
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results and aligning with business goals;
- Prepare reports and QA (quality assurance) according to the needs of each project.

Requisitos e qualificações
As an Analyst, you are expected to have:
- Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders;
- Experience in Paid Media campaigns: Management of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic;
- Experience in creating and managing Ads: Develop and optimize performance ads on the CPC/PPC model;
- Data-driven: Analyze paid campaign results to support strategic decisions and optimizations aimed at improving performance;
- Responsibility: Maintain organization in daily routines, ensuring tasks and processes are completed within established deadlines;
- Accountability for deadlines: Commitment to delivering activities on time, ensuring quality results;
- Proactivity: Show willingness to self-develop by actively participating in trainings and seeking new knowledge necessary for project success.
