About the Role
We are seeking an experienced pharma commercial and forecasting professional to support expert evaluation work focused on commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
You will apply your expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting, launch planning, analytics, and commercial strategy to develop and critique evaluation rubrics and assess the quality of drug launch forecasts.
The engagement begins with a short paid pilot, with potential for recurring work as the project expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and critique rubrics for evaluating commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
- Build or evaluate drug launch curves, including uptake, peak market share, and trajectory.
- Assess the assumptions underlying commercial forecasts, including: Comparable products and analogs
- Market uptake and ramp
- Peak share
- Loss of exclusivity
- Determine whether forecasting assumptions are commercially defensible.
- Apply commercial forecasting expertise across assigned drug launches and development programs.
Requirements
- US-based pharma commercial or forecasting professional, with relevant experience in areas such as commercial strategy, forecasting, analytics, or pharma sales.
- 5+ years of experience in pharma commercial forecasting, analytics, or strategy.
- Demonstrated experience building or critically evaluating drug launch and uptake models.
- Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.
