Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Handle emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.
- Act as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order.
- Maintain communication between employees and coordinate with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc.
- Ensure the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity.
- Provide support in various tasks around the office and handle grievances and requests.
- Prepare budget/ Knowledge of EHS.
- Maintain necessary records and documents the organization needs.
- Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premises.
- Rounds for all locations.
- Any Miscellaneous work to the RE need department with project work
Key Skills and knowledge:
- Degree with 4-7 years of experience in BPO or similar organization.
- Managing client’s arrangement food, snacks etc. coordination with vendors, billings process, Mail coordination with vendors/LL., Audit experience
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage site and electrical infrastructure
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations
