Job Summary
Role Description
- Lead and manage the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
- Oversee delivery of Identity engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Identity and access management strategies.
- Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across all Identity service offerings.
- Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposal development, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Identity offerings with organizational goals and market trends.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline will be considered.
- Hands on delivery leadership experience with enterprise identity platforms: 10+ years in Identity technologies, with at least 5 years in a practice management, delivery management, or comparable role.
- Broad knowledge of Identity security domains, including IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, directory services, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud identity.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for partner or customer events as required
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent. Additionally, the ideal candidate will hold certifications with CyberArk, Okta, or CrowdStrike.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
