About the Role
Help identify and evaluate top technical talent for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects.
As an Expert Interviewer, you’ll conduct short, structured interviews with shortlisted technical professionals across areas such as GPU kernel development, security and vulnerability research, machine learning compilers, and accelerator technologies.
You’ll assess candidates against a defined rubric, evaluate their technical depth and communication skills, and provide concise, evidence-based recommendations to help determine the strongest experts for each engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced recruiters, interviewers, and technical talent evaluators who are comfortable assessing senior engineering professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted technical experts.
- Assess candidates' technical depth, communication skills, and suitability for AI evaluation work using a provided rubric.
- Evaluate expertise across specialized technical domains, including GPU kernels, application security, vulnerability research, ML compilers, and accelerators.
- Verify candidate availability, work authorization, and exclusivity requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential concerns or red flags.
- Categorize candidates as Advance, Hold, or Pass based on interview findings.
- Write concise, evidence-based candidate summaries for the program team.
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling during weekday business hours.
- Maintain a professional, engaging candidate experience while keeping interviews focused and on time.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent assessment, technical screening, or technical vetting.
- Comfort interviewing and evaluating senior-level engineers and technical professionals.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Structured judgment and the ability to assess candidates objectively against defined criteria.
- Ability to conduct warm, professional conversations while maintaining a clear interview structure.
- Strong written communication skills for producing concise candidate assessments.
- Reliable availability during weekday business hours.
- Ability to commit approximately 10 hours per week.

Compensation & Engagement
