About the Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced U.S. lawyers with BigLaw backgrounds to apply their legal expertise to an AI-focused project.

You’ll contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems by providing high-quality legal analysis, research, drafting, and review across sophisticated U.S. legal matters.

Prior AI experience is not required. Your legal expertise is the primary qualification.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed legal analysis across a range of U.S. law topics.
  • Perform legal research and apply current, accurate authorities.
  • Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
  • Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency.
  • Provide structured feedback using established evaluation criteria.
  • Identify errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and potential issues in legal materials.
  • Work remotely with multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
  • Maintain a high standard of precision and quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
  • Active U.S. law license.
  • Strong academic and legal training.
  • Experience in Litigation, Corporate, M&A, or related sophisticated legal practice.
  • Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience reviewing and evaluating complex legal content.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with quality assurance or rubric-based evaluation of legal materials.
  • Experience contributing to multidisciplinary or technology-focused projects.
