This is a flexible remote opportunity for experienced IT leaders who want to apply their professional expertise to emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated project plans, technical standards, incident responses, and other IT management artifacts for quality, accuracy, and practical relevance.
  • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, technical rigor, and cross-functional feasibility.
  • Review IT management scenarios involving system prioritization, vendor coordination, technical support, resource allocation, and team assignments.
  • Assess whether AI-generated recommendations reflect sound IT management principles and real-world operational practices.
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in AI-generated content.
  • Provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback based on your professional experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an IT management or closely related role, such as: Information Technology Manager
  • Information Systems Manager
  • IT Director
  • Application Development Director
  • Technical Services Manager
  • Or another closely related IT leadership position
  • Experience directing or coordinating teams across electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, computer programming, or related technical functions.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, information systems, and technical team management.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
